Training & Staff Welfare

At Safe & Sound Security Solutions Limited, Training & Staff Welfare is a fundamental and integral part of our present and future success. All of our employees receive all aspects of training and support during their employment with Safe & Sound Security Solutions Limited. This includes First Aid at Work, Conflict Management, Physical Intervention and Health & Safety.

All new employees are given a full induction to any new site or venue that they are assigned too, which includes fire exit locations, fire extinguisher locations, fire assembly points, site specific instructions, site designated first aiders, emergency and management contact numbers.

A full uniform is provided to all new Safe & Sound Security Solutions Limited employees and replacements are provided upon request. The appearance of our staff is very important to not only us, but also to the customers. Regular supervisor checks are made to ensure the safety of our employees and that our high standards are continually met.
